Sizing chart is in the photos. Depending on how you want them to fit, they are true to size if you want the bottom more baggy but the top more secure. If you want the romper to be more baggy than size up, but be aware the top elastic will be a bit bigger as well. If you are worried your almost 3-year-old is in between sizes, a size 2 will give you a romper for a Fall, but if they are close to 3, I would go with the size 3T because it will be a bit baggy early on in the summer but you'll most likely still have it for next year as well (depending on how quickly your child grows, but this is an average).
